The billing cycle runs from the 20th to the 19th of each month. All changes and charges processed during this time period by ITCom are submitted to MAIS (MPathways), who in turn provides the data to DeptID Managers via the Statement of Activity, Account Usage and ITCom Monthly Charge Detail. After the data has been submitted to MAIS, all ITCom Reports are available to view within the Online Service Center (by the end of the month after the end of each billing cycle).
