Unrecognized Directory NumbersView the online Inventory and Location Report to learn the location and monthly recurring charges for Directory Numbers that appear on the SOA Voucher Detail Report or Telephone Toll Statement. If the data on the Inventory and Location Report cannot identify the unrecognized Directory Number, please submit the Inventory Research Worksheet below:
 This worksheet will enable the ITCom Bill Inquiry Group to research the line status, installation and billing history of unrecognized Directory Numbers. When the worksheet is received, a reference number will be provided to you in an email. Please use this reference number on all correspondence pertaining to that particular inquiry. All research and/or corrections will be completed within 7-10 business days at which time you will receive an email confirmation. |
