Charter Cable Modem Service

Effective July 1, 2005, ITCom is no longer accepting new orders for the Charter Cable Modem billing service. Departments who wish to cover the cost of Charter Cable Modem service for their faculty or staff should pursue other methods of payment, such as reimbursement on a non-PO voucher or payment through a P-Card.
The information below pertains only to existing customers of the Charter Cable Modem billing service through ITCom. Over the course of the next few months, these existing customers will be notified of the need to transition to other billing arrangements. |
