If you can't remember your PIN, you can have it reset by ITCom Customer Service (3-2000). Once you're logged on, you can change your PIN, but you have to know it to log on. (OWA Premium users can also have the system reset a PIN and e-mail you the new one. Look under Options for instructions.) |

The Voice (or Speech) Interface is the default interface on first use.
You can change to the Touchtone Interface (temporarily for the current session) by pressing any key and then 0 (while in the Main Menu of the Voice Interface).
Or, you can make the Touchtone Interface your new default by saying "Personal Options" and pressing 4. |
You can go back to the Voice Interface by pressing 6 (Personal Options) and then 4. |

Say the first name and last name of the person you are looking for. Then, you can call (office, cell, home, if you have listed these numbers)—or compose and send a voice message to a mailbox (if the person is an Exchange Voice Mail subscriber). |
Spell the last name and first name of the person you are looking for. (Press the number associated with each letter just once.)
You can also search the Directory by pressing 00, then spelling the last name and first name. Or press ## to spell the e-mail alias*. Or press 0 to key in the 10-digit phone number. |

- Reply allows you to send a reply message to the caller's mailbox, if the caller is also an Exchange subscriber.
- Forward Message forwards the current message to the mailbox of another Exchange subscriber or a .wav file to the e-mail address of the person you identify.

Operations are similar to those for voice mail messages. Follow the voice prompts. |
| Reading a FAX message |
Faxes can be sent to your phone number. They can be read using your Outlook, Entourage, or OWA interface. You can receive and forward fax messages that are sent to you, but you cannot originate a fax message. |
| Deleted Messages |
When a message is deleted on the phone, it remains in a Delete File on the web. When the message is deleted from the Delete File, it cannot be restored. |
| Missed Call Identification |
Callers who hang up before leaving a message are identified in an e-mail message sent by the system. |
| Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) |
"On" with each new message; "off " when all new messages are played. This is an optional feature that can be requested through ITCom Customer Service (3-2000). |
