ITS provides highly reliable and cost effective IP Voice Services to campus.
ITS IP Voice Services are currently deployed and being used by
NCRC is enabled with one network for both voice and data. This single IP network reduces the overall infrastructure costs for the complex.
Individual, group, and Contact Center IP Voice Services are available. The system design will support wired and wireless IP phones, softphones, analog phones, fax machines, overhead paging systems, and emergency phones. SIP trunk connections to specialized application servers are also available.
