Electronic Hook Switch Cable for remote desk phone call control (answer/end). This cable eliminates the need for a HL10 Handset Lifter.

The Handset Lifter works to allow remote call answering. The Lifter rings the remote CS55 or CS10 upon receiving an incoming call.

The Encore Headset features the unique Sound Enhancement System, which gives users the ability to adjust the sound of the caller's voice with the flick of a switch. The headsets also feature an adjustable headband and soft ear cushions for optimum comfort and stability.
