Video Conferencing Service and Rates

Video Conference Room

ITS has a reservable video conference room in Building 2 of the Arbor Lakes complex at 4251 Plymouth Road. The room seats up to 15 people around a large oval table. It is equipped with a Polycom View Station 512 with an H.323 (IP) connection, projector, and screen.

Note: The customer is also responsible for any long distance charges that may result from the conference.
