Operator-Assisted Long Distance calls Dial 9 + 0 + area code (if not 734) + 7-digit number
Credit Card Long Distance Calls Dial 9 + 0 + area code (if not 734) + 7-digit number + (wait for tone) credit card number
Direct-Dialed International Calls Dial 9 + 011 + country code + city code + number
10-10-XXX Calls Dial 9 + 1010 + XXX + 1 + area code (if not 734) + 7-digit number

Available only for Students (RH & FH), Patient Rooms, and Hotels (i.e. Med Inn, Mich League, Exec Res). Equal access to alternate long distance carriers can be dialed using the 1010 access codes for calling cards, operator assisted third number billed or collect calls.
