Maintenance Charge

Ownership of electronic and IP telephone sets was transferred from ITCom to the unit leasing the equipment. The transfer of the electronic and IP Telephone sets and accessories was completed in "as-is condition". ITCom will continue to maintain electronic and IP Telephone sets. Units will be billed $2.00/month for maintenance and repair.

Ownership of electronic set button add-on equipment was transferred from ITCom to the unit leasing it. The transfer of the electronic set button add-on equipment was completed in "as-is condition". ITCom will continue to maintain electronic set button add-on equipment. There will be no monthly charge for this service.

Ownership of Norstar Key telephone sets and Norstar Key Systems equipment was transferred to the unit leasing the equipment. The transfer of Norstar Key telephone sets and Norstar Key Systems equipment was completed in "as-is condition". ITCom will continue to maintain this equipment. There will be no monthly charge for this service.

Note: There is no change to Centrex, courtesy, emergency, or elevator service.
