Our cable systems aren't like what you may be used to at home. There are several different ways to connect a TV and VCR to our systems, and the right setup for you will be determined by the type of equipment you have.
If you're still having trouble receiving cable TV after following these instructions:
Students:
Double-check all of the connections to your television, VCR and FM receiver.
Contact your residence hall's front desk. They may be aware of outages or other current conditions in the building.
Faculty and staff:
Double-check all of the connections to your television, VCR and FM receiver.
If you're having trouble receiving programming on the A side of the switch, you'll need to call in a trouble ticket to ITCom. Call 7-8888 (campus number).
If you're having trouble receiving programming on the B side of the switch, you'll need to call Comcast. Call 973-2266 (local Ann Arbor number).
